Fall 2015 Classes



 If you'd like to dance or workout with me, here is when and where to find me this Fall. 

Halifax REC, Sackville
(636 Sackville Drive, *downstairs in the Library building)
Wednesdays: September 16 – November 18 ((10 weeks)
7:30pm Belly Dance Beginner (bar code #351236); $57
6:30pm Belly Dance returning Students (bar code # 351237); $57

Halifax REC, Fall River
(Gordon R. Snow Centre, 1359 Fall River Road *same building as the Fire Station)
Thursdays: September 17 – November 5 (8 weeks)
6:10pm Belly Dance Beginner (bar code #349341); $46
7:15pm Bellyfit® (bar code # 349339); $34
(**We will add a Bellyfit®  "mini term" leading up to the holiday break if there is sufficient interest)

Mount St. Vincent University Athletics & Recreation Department
(166 Bedford Highway, Rosaria Student Centre, 1st floor *look for the blue walls)
September 7 – December 18 *subject to change based on participant numbers*
Mondays:     9:30am Cardio Mix 'N Pump
7:15pm Bellyfit®
Tuesdays: 12:10pm 20/20 Strength & Yoga
Wednesdays: 9:30am Cardio Mix 'N Pump
Thursdays: 9:30am Strength 'n  Stretch
Fridays: 9:30am Cardio Mix 'N Pump

*Please note:
- Bellyfit ® is for women only.  For more information please visit www.bellyfit.com
- All classes are 1 hour except 20/20 Strength & Yoga at MSVU, which is 40 minutes.
